To show our appreciation for students who participated in the on-campus health examination, the Health and Counseling Center,
Office of Student Affairs held a lucky draw and selected the winners.

領獎地點～國立中興大學學生事務處健康及諮商中心
2. Prize Collection Information
Collection Period～ From now until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)
Collection Location～ Health and Counseling Center, Office of Student Affairs,National Chung Hsing University
3. 領獎方式
請中獎同學於領獎期間親至健康及諮商中心，並攜帶學生證或其他可供身分確認之證件辦理領獎。
3. How to Claim Your Prize:
Winners are required to visit the Health and Counseling Center in person during the collection period and present their student ID card
or other valid identification document for identity verification.
4. ⚠️ 重要提醒：
請中獎同學務必於領獎期限內完成領取，逾期恕不受理。

Please collect your prize before the deadline. Prizes will not be issued after September 30, 2026.
