徵聘專任社工師1名
一、職位:契約進用職員-專任社工師1名(得不足額錄取)
二、工作內容:
- 依學生輔導法執行發展性、介入性及處遇性輔導工作
- 負責緊急心理諮詢、危機或緊急個案處理、院系輔導工作、個案管理、心理衛生推廣等
- 夜間值班
- 辦理中心各項行政業務與主管交辦事項
三、資格條件:
- 國內外大學以上社會工作相關科系畢業
- 具社工師證照
- 有工作熱忱、活動規劃能力,能發揮熱情於輔導工作者
- 具大專校院諮商輔導實務及行政經驗者尤佳
- 能提供外語諮詢者尤佳
四、聘用方式:
(一)依本校契約進用職員管理要點辦理。
(二)試用期三個月,試用期間若無法勝任,本單位得以提早解聘。聘僱期限屆滿,得依本校相關規定辦理續聘。
五、待遇:薪資依據「國立中興大學社工師及輔導老師待遇支給表」辦理,具大學學歷者以312薪點為起薪(換算為45,060元),具碩士學歷者(以心理、社會工作、教育輔導相關科系為限)以328薪點為起薪(換算為47,370元)。

(二)第二階段:諮商演練與主管面試

Recruiting full-time social worker
1. Position: Contracted employees - 1 full-time social worker, who will be admitted if there is insufficient quota.
2. Work content:
(1) Carry out developmental, interventional and situational counseling work in accordance with the Student Guidance and Counseling Act
(2) Responsible for emergency psychological consultation, crisis or emergency case handling, departmental counseling work, mental health promotion, etc.
(3) Night duty
(4) Handle various administrative tasks of the center and matters assigned by supervisors
3. Qualification conditions:
(1) Those who have graduated from a domestic or foreign university with a degree in social work .
(2) Having a Social Worker Certificate.
(3) Have enthusiasm for work, ability to plan activities, and be able to use enthusiasm as a counselor.
(4) Candidates with practical and administrative experience in consultation and counseling in colleges and universities are particularly preferred.
(5)Those who can provide foreign language consultation are preferred.
4. Recruitment method: According to the school’s employment contract and the key points of personnel management.
5. Salary: The salary is paid according to the school's salary payment table for social workers.

7. How to apply

(2) The second stage: consultation exercise and interview with unit supervisor:
The interview is expected to be held in the morning on Mar. 11, 2026. If there is any change in the interview time, we will be notified separately.
8. Other matters needing attention:
(1) Those who meet the qualifications after document review will be selected for an interview. The interview time will be notified separately. If the qualifications are not met, no notification will be given and the application will not be returned.
(2) In this case, 8 candidates will be listed as candidates, and the waiting period will be three months from the day after the selection results are determined.
