工作內容

Business development:
- Product portfolio enhancement by local requests.
- Recommendation from global practice or local new technology.
- Lead alignment of 3rd party portfolio plan across regional

 BD team and local to ensure appropriate discussion takes

 place at relevant level.
- Work together with regional BD & regulatory teams to

 develop short to mid-term portfolio plans, Long range

 plans and enable execution of the same.
- Drive and support the optimization of financial

 performance of the portfolio. Working on

 pricing proposal, NPV, ROI.
- Provide portfolio strategy and commercial inputs to

 support or guide supply and sourcing strategies, to enable

 sustainability of product portfolio

Registration:
- Manage critical regulatory issues and support registrations.
- Develop and execute strategies to provide external

 support for registration
- Ensures regulatory compliance of products throughout

 the product development life cycle and monitors on

 an ongoing basis regulatory developments that can

 potentially affect the business.
- Lead in understanding, interpreting, and complying with all

 pesticide laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and use

 of products.
- Establish strong professional relationships with key

 decision-makers in regulatory-related parties

 (with regulators and government officials)
- New development product field trial designation and

 data consolidation

(登記部分具備下列經驗者佳)
1. 登記(農藥進字原體D類、農藥進製字成品BCD類、

進字肥料、生物農藥肥料、免登資材)
2. 登記證展延、標示更新、特用申請等…農藥主管機關之事務
3. 新品上市專案規劃
4. 銷售團隊技術支援：田間試驗規劃與彙整、產品說明書編纂
