The "Life Counseling/On-campus Life and Learning Counseling"for the second semester of the 112th academic year.

Hello fellow students:
The amendment to the "National Chung Hsing University’s Incentive Measures for Increasing Disadvantaged Student Assistance in Higher Education" was revised and approved at the 452nd Executive Meeting on January 4, 2020 (as shown in Attachment 1), and a new item of "Life Counseling/On-campus Life and Learning Counseling" was added. Students who meet the qualifications stipulated in Article 2 of the "National Chung Hsing University’s Incentive Measures for Increasing Disadvantaged Student Assistance in Higher Education" can apply for this student aid measure.

How to apply is as follows:

1. The application method and study content for "Life Counseling/On-campus Life and Learning Counseling" are similar to "Financial Aid for Student Living Expenses". The only difference is that the learning evaluation form (such as Attachment 2) must be completed at the end of each month, submitted to the instructor for approval and uploaded by the student. In the higher education deep cultivation system, the bonus of NT$ 6,000 can only be received after confirmation by the person in staff of the Division of Student Life.

2. Since this case has a quota of 20 applicants, applicants will be ranked according to their latest annual family income from lowest to highest. The top 20 applicants will be selected and the remaining 10 applicants will be on the waiting list. The top 20 applicants will be provided to each requesting unit for interviews. Only those who pass the interview will be included in the scholarship recipients of this measure. Those who are ranked outside the 30 and are not included in the waiting list will be notified by email.

3. New qualified applicants will serve as "On-campus Life and Learning Counseling" tutors starting from March 2024. The study period is from March to July 2024. Existing students will be subject to the actual situation.

4. Those who are currently receiving "Financial Aid for Student Living Expenses" (whether general students or guaranteed students) are not allowed to apply for this financial aid measure.

5.Students who extend their study period are not allowed and applicants must be within the period of study.

6. Income certificates can be applied for at various local tax bureaus (revenue service) or the National Taxation Bureau. The tax declaration materials are not income certificates. The income is listed in the population: father, mother, and student. If there is a divorce or death, please attach the household registration transcript, and do not omit the note column.

7. Students who are willing to apply for "Life Counseling/On-campus Life and Learning Counseling", please fill out the "Application Form" (such as Attachment 3) and attach the "latest annual income information list" of the family. Please send them to the email address of the person in staff, Ms. Huang Hsiao-Yu (yoyo@nchu.edu.tw). If you have any questions, you can ask by e-mail.
